إعلان الدعوة لحضور اجتماع الجمعية العامة العادية السنوية
يسر مجلس إدارة الشركة الدولية للإستثمارات المالية القابضة ش م ع ع ، دعوة المساهمين الكرام لحضور اجتماع الجمعية العامة العادية السنوية، المقرر عقدها في تمام الساعة الخامسة مساءا ، وذلك يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 29 – 3 – 2022م وذلك بمقر الشركة بروي و كذالك عبر المنصة الإلكترونية والتي يمكن الدخول إليها عبر موقع شركة مسقط للمقاصة والإيداع (www.mcd.gov.om)
وإذا لم يكتمل النصاب القانوني لانعقاد إجتماع هذه الجمعية سيتم عقد الإجتماع الثاني في تمام الساعة الخامسة مساء يوم الاثنين 4 من ابريل 2022م في مقر الشركة برويو كذالك عبر المنصة الإلكترونية والتي يمكن الدخول إليها عبر موقع شركة مسقط للمقاصة والإيداع (www.mcd.gov.om)، وذلك لمناقشة جدول الأعمال كما في المرفق.
Annual General Meeting Invitation
The Board of Directors of GLOBAL FINANCIAL INVESTMENT SAOG ( the “Company”) has the pleasure to invite the shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting General Meeting, which
will be held on Tuesday at 05:00 PM on 29/03/2022, via the electronic platform to hold Annual General Meeting general meetings which can be assessed through the website of Muscat Clearing & Depository Company (www.mcd.gov.om) and will be held in this location (Company’s headquarters in Ruwi ) .
If the quorum requirement for holding the Annual General Meeting is not fulfilled, a second Annual General Meeting General Meeting shall be held on Monday at 05:00 PM on 04/04/2022, via the electronic platform which can be assessed through the website of Muscat Clearing & Depository Company (www.mcd.gov.om) and will be held in this location (Company’s headquarters in Ruwi ) to discuss the agenda in the attached file
